Carlos Encarnacion is the co-founder and Principal at Alliance Capital Group. He is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s strategies to provide value-add apartment buildings to our investors and deliver high-quality housing to our residents. He currently owns a 72-unit apartment complex in Waco, Texas, 214-unit apartment complex in Hurst TX, 180-unit Apartment complex in Temple TX, and owns multiple duplexes in Arlington, TX and he is also an equity partner on a 192-unit class B apartment complex in San Antonio, TX. Currently pursuing a 120 unit complex in Dallas, TX.
His current real estate goal is to control over 4000 apartment units that will yield 8% cash-on-cash return for his investors by year 2025. He is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the states of Texas and has more than 21 years of construction and real estate experience. He holds a master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Sandeep Nallagula is the co-founder and Principal at Alliance Capital Group. He is responsible for Operations and leads the Marketing and Sales Team at Alliance Capital Group. He also assists with investment identification and analysis. His leadership role also entails being responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company’s short and long term plans. He currently owns a 72-unit apartment complex in Waco, Texas, 214-unit apartment complex in Hurst TX, 180-unit Apartment complex in Temple TX and also owns commercial buildings and multiple duplexes. Currently pursing a 120 unit complex in Dallas, TX.
His current real estate goal is to control over 4000 apartment units that will yield 8% cash-on-cash return for his investors by year 2025. Sandeep is a professional engineer in the state of Texas with over 17 years of construction and engineering experience. Sandeep also holds a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New Orleans.
