Meet the General Partners

Carlos Encarnacion is the co-founder and Principal at Alliance Multifamily Group. He is responsible for leading the execution of the company’s strategies to provide value-add apartment buildings to our investors and deliver high-quality housing to our residents.  He currently owns and operates 550+ apartment units in Waco, Temple and Hurst in Texas. His goal is to control over 4000 apartment units by year 2030. He is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the states of Texas and has more than 21 years of construction and real estate experience.

Sandeep Nallagula is the co-founder and Principal at Alliance Multifamily Group. He is responsible for Operations and leads the Marketing and Sales Team at Alliance Multifamily Group. He currently owns and operates 550+ apartment units in Waco, Temple and Hurst in Texas. He is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the states of Texas and has more than 18 years of construction and real estate experience. Sandeep holds a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New Orleans.

Eddy Castro Richardson is the Multifamily Investments Director. He plays a pivotal part in building and maintaining strong connections with investors, while ensuring clear and effective communication about fund strategies and performance. Eddy cultivates and nurtures relationships with investors, consultants, and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. He has more than 30 years in real estate experience.

Jamal Encarnacion is the Regional Manager in charge of all property management operations. He oversees all property managers. In charge of all income, expenses, and cash flows of all properties and reports to Carlos & Sandeep. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas and currently serves in the US Marine Corps.
